The Job: Program Manager

Program Manager: A Program Manager has the responsibility for designing, coordinating and improving the internal and external programs of an organization. They have managed the portfolio projects required to deliver the contractual end item product or service. In addition, they have had responsibility for enhancing the quality of existing programs; developing and implementing strategy for the program team; developing a robust risk mitigation plan; understanding how different projects interlink and overlap; working with HR to manage staff and resources for the program; liaising with the marketing and communications team to increase awareness of program; managing budgets and funding; reporting on program performance; developing industry partnerships; and ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld.

Pay: Project-based at approximately $135.50/Hour ranging from $121.00/Hour to $150.00/Hour USD (paid in the currency of residence)
