Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our cutting-edge electronic signature (eSign) platform. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of our eSign platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming the way businesses manage documents and streamline their workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Penetration and Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify target industries, segments, and potential customers for our eSign platform.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the platform's market presence and user base.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and engage potential clients through a mix of outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth.

3. Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key players in related industries, including software providers, integration platforms, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and integrations that enhance our platform's value proposition.

4. Client Consultation and Relationship Management:
- Consult with clients to understand their document management challenges and showcase how our eSign platform can provide tailored solutions.
- Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and exceptional service.

5. Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our eSign platform.
- Address client questions and concerns effectively to drive successful conversions.

6. Sales and Negotiations:
- Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new clients.

7. Industry Insights and Feedback:
- Gather insights from the market and clients to provide feedback to product development teams, assisting in refining the platform's features and user experience.

8. Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, sales conversions, and revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to showcase business development progress and outcomes.


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles within the technology or software industry, preferably with experience in eSign or document management solutions.
- Familiarity with electronic signature technologies and their applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of independently driving initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for efficient pipeline management.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
