Your Key Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to scale their teams. - Use our ATS, LinkedIn, university outreach, and other creative ways to build a pipeline of top candidates. - Contact and engage engineering candidates (Java / Web / REST API) in a highly competitive market across Quebec, Canada & internationally. - Provide a fantastic candidate experience by keeping candidates up to date on timelines and providing tangible feedback. - Partner with the HR team to build a strong candidate experience and employer brand.

Required Skills And Attributes - College degree in Business, HR, IT, or equivalent professional experience. - Experience or interest in working in an HR recruiting/IT environment (1-3 years). - Passionate about diversity and inclusion. You understand its importance, educate yourself consistently, and use inclusive language. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Have excellent organizational skills. - Have a go-getter attitude with the ability to build pleasant working relationships with candidates, recruiters, leadership, and team members.
