We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

This role will lead the day-to-day growth planning and execution across a number of brands and be responsible for working cross functionally to achieve business goals. To be successful in this role, the candidate must excel in performance analysis and data-driven decision making, as well as high level Growth strategy. They must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced high growth environment, identifying areas to streamline and improve processes aligning with the long-term vision of the business.

This person must be an expert in performance marketing, with experience growing consumer eCommerce businesses through Paid Social, Paid Search, and other marketing channels.

They must be a self-starter, eager to tackle new challenges and develop strategic bets to grow the business.

This role will work US, East Coast hours. **

Responsibilities will include:**

  • Oversee cross-channel strategy for a number of brands, with focus on Paid Social and Paid Search
  • Set, track and report on channel-level KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and AOV
  • Work with external partners to execute on strategy and optimize towards monthly KPIs and company-wide metrics like MER.
  • Build and execute on a paid channel roadmap with monthly evergreen initiatives to drive improvements in performance.
  • Plan and execute on new channel tests as part of the paid channel roadmap
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to own new product and promotional launches on paid channels
  • Work closely with the creative team on weekly creative brainstorming, planning and testing to achieve ad launch frequency goals


  • 4+ years experience in performance marketing with experience executing on Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and an understanding of best practices for best-in-class DR creative across channels DTC eCommerce marketing experience in-house or at an agency is a plus
  • Deep understanding of marketing KPIs and levers to drive improvements, including Revenue, MER, ROAS, CPA CTR, CVR and AOV
  • Experience setting and tracking towards channel-attributed revenue goals and marketing KPIs, with proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
  • Experience working with external creators on content development Natural curiosity to find new ways to win in the digital space; always be presenting new ideas
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot tracking and attribution on core channels
