In This Role, You’ll Also

  • Consult on cost containment and self-funded strategies
  • Responsible for building a pipeline and closing business
  • Support membership growth and account retention strategies
  • Curate reports and calculate membership projections
  • Attend broker and HR events (Local SHRM, AHU, etc.) trainings, and client meetings
  • Support other sales team members

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in sales

Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare sales!
