JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Delivery Manager to sit fully remote for a large food & beverage company. This role manages client relationships and serves as the IT liaison for all aspects of technology delivery and support for Global Consumer Experience systems. This team launched Salesforce Service Cloud last year as their case management solution, so this person will manage the system on a daily basis. This candidate will also be leading a team of 6-8 onshore/offshore developers and will include setting priorities and giving direction to them, making sure they each are assigned work and guiding them. This is a business and IT facing role, so this candidate must have very strong communication skills. This candidate will be spending 40% of their time working with the business taking their requirements and turning them into technical requirements, 40% working with the developers/ IT team working on the backlog, guiding the developers and the last 20% working on escalations, looking at what releases are coming and preparing their team as well as setting priorities for the week with the developers they're leading. They will also be rolling out Salesforce Service Cloud to other markets and will need to help prepare for this as well.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Delivery Lead
Prior experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud developer/ admin
1-2 years of experience as a lead and working with developers' day to day
Strong communication skills - ability to speak with the business and IT
Recent experience working in an Agile environment
