We’re looking for an amazing Media Coordinator to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for bringing media to life through coordination with the media (agency) team and creative services teams. This new role is at the forefront of marketing campaign planning and leverages project management tools and clear communication to ensure media launches as planned. You will manage timelines and work-back schedules, highlighting media flighting details, creative specs, and best practices, that improve process and collaboration. This role will help ensure planning is timely and aligns to our teams’ best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the media team subject matter expert for the Asana project management tool for media-related tasks
  • Ensure the project management tool is consistently updated for cross-communication among teams, including keeping notes current with email conversations
  • Responsible for overall governance of media and creative intake process through Asana
  • Coordinate with agencies and publishers on creative spec requirements, due dates, and trafficking timelines
  • Assist with priority work during critical times by wearing different hats to accomplish team goals
  • Aid in sharing creative libraries across search, social, display, video, audio, and print advertising

Requirements

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving
  • Basic understanding of campaign set up, optimization, and reporting on media campaign platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of media planning fundamentals e.g., reach, frequency, channels, formats, etc.
  • Ability to work well with individuals at various levels in various departments within the company and external resources
  • Excellent attention to detail and facility in working with numbers.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to innovate
  • Continually working towards process improvement
  • Growth mindset
  • 1+ years of Creative Production or Marketing operations experience
  • Basic familiarity with ad systems and technologies (Meta & Google, etc.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Salary Range: $45,200.00 to $61,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
