  • Bachelor of Business Administration or related Business Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and speed and accuracy in typing and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining high level of organization and time management
  • Analytical and decision-making skills, independently identifying and implementing solutions to problems and overcoming challenges
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly adapt communication style and approach as appropriate
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday which will include some evenings, holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Ability/willingness to travel as needed to attend training, dealer events or in-person meetings
  • Applicants need to be willing to fulfill employment obligations in a work from home environment and have reliable, high-speed internet connectivity and a quiet space (minimal distractions or interruptions) from which to work at home
