HR Project - 3 months

We are currently looking to appoint for a 3 month HR project with a national charity, whose HQ are based in Brighton. They are flexible on hours but the timeline to deliver is ideally within 3 months. The role is working remotely, with a start date within the next 2-3 weeks.
Project Objective - To create a proper, accurate matrix for each Employer Group who has been TUPE'd over the years.
Scope - There are circa 107 different T&C's - the project is to look at them for each TUPE Employer Group and analyse which ones are current and live, and which are legacy. With these T&C's, some will be online, and some offline. There will be a requirement to hunt through the policies and terms & conditions via each separate Employer Group.

This is one project stream of 3, which is part of a wider project as they procure a new HRIS system - the role will require cleansing the data held on their current system (Snowdrop).
