Do you like to work with data and build client relationships?

If you answered yes, then we have an opportunity that you’ll be interested in – a full time Employer Data Team Officer.

The main duties include:

  • Monitoring and tracking progress of data returns from Fund employers
  • Issuing data requests
  • Liaising with Fund employers and to help resolve issues or queries with their data
  • Analysing the data and carry out reconciliation exercises
  • Supporting employers to use the data portal
  • Maintaining confidentiality.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working on your own initiative within a data processing environment
  • Experience of dealing with customers or clients
  • A practical working knowledge and use of data management systems
  • Numeracy and have practical knowledge of the use of statistics and data analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of a pension, payroll or equivalent administration systems.
