We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help with our recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative duties in support of the TA Team. Duties include but are not limited to, assisting with scheduling interviews, prescreening candidates, processing background, completing on-boarding of candidates, and maintaining tracking of contingent workers. The Coordinator will support our Alaska Land Operations Teams in their recruiting efforts.

This is a long-term contract position and we’re open to this position being remote, West Coast preferred.


  • Assist with daily administration of the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Reviews workforce plans and opens positions accordingly
  • Assists with arranging for on-site or video interviews.
  • Completes on-boarding of candidates and ensures new-hire documentation has been completed in the applicant tracking system.
  • Plans and coordinates travel for relocated employees and applicants. Compiles and reports all related expenses.
  • Answers phones, checks e-mails and voicemail, and relays messages accurately, promptly and efficiently.
  • Processes background and OFAC verifications.
  • Performs and tracks audits for reporting requirements.
  • Compiles and enters complex data from a variety of sources in order to accurately prepare and maintain complex files, forms, reports and documents.
  • Collaborates with team members to create effective and efficient task workflows that support departmental/company goals.
  • Performs written and oral correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Responds professionally to requests, complaints, and urgent matters. Seeks solutions when the answers are not known. Provides timely follow-up with inquiries that require further research.
  • Assists with day-to-day operations and project needs as directed.


  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR and/or Administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with different cultures and work well with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR Systems (HRIS), experience with Oracle a plus
  • Proven organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Possesses strong personal initiative and a proactive approach to assigned tasks
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under constant deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Familiar with Federal & State Employment Law and Human Resources Policies & Procedures a plus
