Today we’re already working with some of the country’s leading Health Systems both for their patients and for health plan members / corporate employees. We’re rapidly expanding with a client base in the Insurer/Payer, Channel, and member association market (on top of 100s of corporate clients) and our unique content, platform, and dedication to driving engagement is resulting in rapid growth and new opportunities. We’ve built a scalable health and wellness platform that has evolved into supporting the management of a multitude of chronic conditions. Our flexibility and evolution into a one-stop-shop to promote health has led to a slew of interest in expanding our capabilities into the Health system and payer space.

The primary focus of this sales role is to develop this interest into revenue. As our first enterprise sales executive in this space, you will call on health plan and health system C-level executives, VPs and directors to promote solutions that enhance acute to post-acute care transitions/general wellness. Key call points include VP Care Management, Utilization Management, Network Management, Population Health, CMOs and other executives who focus on the above areas.

The upside here is enormous, at the same time that go-to-market motion is something you will help craft. Thus, this role is best suited to self-starters who can align internal and external stakeholders through large, complex enterprise transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate our solution that consists of services and software to uniquely addresses the customer’s needs
  • Perform sales demos and negotiate deals
  • Cultivate relationships with management of new and prospective accounts to build credibility and trust
  • Establish net promoters /reference accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales prospects according to product, timeline, and value

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare solution sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales with health plans and health systems in start-up environments over a sustained period
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and knowledge of competitive and relevant market data
  • Experience consultative selling at the executive level (C-suite, EVP and SVP)
  • Experience selling to organizations participating in risk and value-based care arrangements is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel
