We’re rapidly expanding with a client base in the health plan and health service organization market (on top of 100s of corporate clients). Our unique content, platform, and dedication to driving engagement is resulting in rapid growth and new opportunities. Our flexibility and evolution into a one-stop-shop to promote health has led to a slew of interest in expanding our capabilities to the health plan space.

This is where you come in. The primary focus of this sales role is to develop this interest into revenue, and develop more opportunities. As an enterprise sales executive in this space you will call on health plans and health system executives to promote solutions that enhance member health and wellness. Key call points include VP Care Management, Utilization Management, Network Management, Population Health, CMOs and other executives who focus on the above areas.

The upside here is enormous, at the same time you will help craft the go-to-market strategy. Thus this role is best suited to self-starters with deep experience selling into health plans who can align internal and external stakeholders through large, complex enterprise transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate our solution that consists of services and software to uniquely addresses the customer’s needs
  • Perform sales demos and negotiate deals
  • Cultivate relationships with management of new and prospective accounts to build credibility and trust (hunting is required)
  • Establish net promoters/reference accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales prospects according to product, timeline, and value

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years minimum of health plan healthcare sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales in start-up environments over a sustained period
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and knowledge of competitive and relevant market data
  • Experience consultative selling at the executive level (C-suite, EVP and SVP)
  • Experience selling to organizations participating in risk and value-based care arrangements is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel
