Your responsibilities

As Deputy CEO, you will take up a key role in the development of AsstrA’s future, especially in Europe by:

  • Managing product portfolio and operational performance in support of the strategic objectives;
  • Creates product strategy and product standards based on business strategy and other inputs;
  • Determines the right set of product processes, tools, projects, and resources; makes their settings;
  • The implementation of the product strategy together with product and regional managers and new work standards;
  • Leading AsstrA & support our strategical development, but also cultivating an ethical business, which, encourages diversity in personality & thought, promotes the company on a global scale & cultivates open communication & new ideas
  • Supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the overall direction, management, and administration of all operations aspects including industrial project logistics, freight forwarding, overland and overseas, freight brokerage, customs brokerage, and insurance brokerage.

Our main focus here would be that we are looking for someone who understands the effort required to fulfill these tasks & who can motivate a company to go onwards & beyond!

  • You are an expert when it comes to Project Cargo or Maritime Logistics and understand the intricacies of Operations;
  • Leading comes naturally for you, and you have been in, at least, mid-level management for a minimum of 10 years;
  • When it comes to our Vision, you can make it your own & find new angles on how to move successfully towards our goals;
  • A strategical way of thinking & a strong analytical sense, when it comes to Business;
  • During your career, you have developed an extensive industry network, which is steadily growing;
  • You are willing to commit time & effort to the development of AsstrA into a global logistics provider;
  • Technical or engineering background.
