Human Resources Assistant (healthcare)

Salary Range: $27 to $55


  • The Human Resources Assistant ensures personnel records are retained according to legal/compliance standards and best practices
  • This position is a full-time (40 hours weekly) temporary assignment
  • The role will be 100% remote
  • Migrates personnel records from former HR systems to the company network drives
  • Audits existing personnel files to ensure key records have been retained
  • Identifies gaps in records-keeping as related to key personnel files and promptly informs manager
  • Obtains any identified missing records and stores as appropriate
  • Assists with ad hoc projects in the Human Resources Department
  • Handles confidential data sensitively
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you
