Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the service industry to find a qualified Full Cycle Recruiter. We are looking for someone with prior full cycle recruiting experience from sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates high volume candidates. This opportunity is located in Los Angles and is fully remote, but working PST is still required. This opportunity is a 2 month contract positions and is looking to pay between $24-$26/hr depending on experience. Experience with High Volume recruiting is going to be very important!

  • Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.


  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience of full-cycle recruitment in a high volume recruitment setting
  • Experience with Sourcing, Screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred
  • Experience working with Workday ATS is a must
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
