Location:                                 100% remote position reporting to: Alpharetta, GA


Design complete and complex framework, system or product.  Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility. Conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes. Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses. Influence shaping of future products by contributing to framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems. Work on complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Minimum Requirements         

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design for software development. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and 6 years of experience in architectural design for software development in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of progressive experience.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

1) Technical expertise in Tools & Technologies including: Unified Modeling Language (UML), Design Patterns, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Ecosystem [EC2, ECS, S3, Route53, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Athena, Lambda, Cloud Trail], Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
2) Experience working with the following: Microsoft .Net Core, .Net Frameworks 4.x, C#, ASP .Net, VB .Net, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, Restful APIs, React, Angular, jQuery, ASP .Net MVC, NUnit, JEST, Enzyme, React Testing Framework, GitLab, TFS, Jenkins, Octopus, Microsoft SQL Server 20xx, PostgreSQL Server, Visual Studio 20xx, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, Atalasoft, or Smarty Street APIs. 3) Experience collaborating with business unit leaders, application system leaders, technology leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to map business requirements into technology solutions.
4) Experience conducting research on technologies for practical application to develop business problems and strategic initiatives.
5) Experience presenting solution, logical design direction, or technology recommendations to executives.
6) Experience contributing to the development of application roadmaps which impacts across a group of systems and products.
7) Experience presenting technology concepts to a wide variety of audiences with varying technological backgrounds.
8) Experience documenting systems and architectures for maintenance and improvements.

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $ $127,920.00 - $237,600.00
