As our business is growing, new business units appeared, new offices are opened in other countries, we are expanding our team. We are currently looking for a tax analyst who will strengthen tax function in the company

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Support all questions related to tax & compliance in the Group;
- Research advanced international tax issues and relevant national / international legislation;
- Track changes of tax and currency laws and regulations in countries where the company is represented;
- Assist with analysis of tax implications on new business / employment decisions;
- Assist with the implementation of tax risks mitigation plan;
- Assist with structuring of of the Group operations;
- Assist with the Group audit and M&A transactions;
- Assist with internal audit on effective use of tax treaties, IP box regimes and repatriation programs;
- Process ad hoc tax requests from internal users.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 1+ years of experience in international taxation
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of tax legislation and local GAAP of Ukraine and/or Malta, UK, US, Switzerland
- Will be a plus - basic knowledge in local tax rules, local GAAP: Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, China, Cyprus, Germany, Spain, Poland
- Understanding of tax due diligence process will be a plus
- Understanding IT business processes will be a significant advantage
- Basic understanding of IFRS
- Confident Excel user and tech-savvy approach
- Strong desire to dive into and explore new countries' tax legislation
- Open-minded person with a high level of learning and analytical skills, curious
- Strong in communication

- Business-oriented person with critical thinking and the intention to deliver the best results
