Responsibilities and accountabilities

• Responsible to establish and facilitate the QA community for another collaboration, knowledge sharing and co-ownership of QA functions
• Responsible to coordinate integration, end-to-end testing and optimizing QA flows
• Responsible to provide support and tools to ensure that there are QA skills to succeed
• Responsible to ensure that a proper process for handling test data exists, assuring that test data is available in suitable quality, correct format and proper environment at the appropriate time
• Responsible to define the test strategy

Key activities & mandate for the specific delivery

• Representing quality management (QA + QC) functions, being a first point of contact across tribes, domains and other functions and acting as a bridge towards squads
• Identifying and prioritizing QA challenges and lead problem resolution work with squads, enablers and extended QA community
• Lead test strategy implementation based on the guidelines and recommendations, creating and implementing minimum acceptance criteria definitions (DoD / DoR), promoting test-driven development, usage of quality metrics
• Promoting test automation and other engineering practices for higher quality management in the squads, encouraging and coaching squads, tracking progress, finding support for squads to increase their QA maturity
• Coordinate and align test data needs and usage of test data needs and usage of test environment

Skills/focus

• Experience in QA practices and test data management
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate
• Good understanding on the technology landscape and solution integrations

• Squad members: Understanding test needs and supporting in working with QA best practices
• Tribe tech leads and Tribe Lead architects: Discuss dependencies, strategies and challenges and collaborate in solving them
• Tribe QA leads: Coordinate and align testing efforts

Plats: Mölndal, Göteborg. På plats ca 3 dagar i veckan.
