The Opportunity

As a VP Product at Inscribe, you will be tasked with creating a world-class product team and be responsible for crafting a delightful product that supports our business objectives and company vision. You will grow Inscribe's product from a leading risk solution within our niche, to a dominant industry-wide solution.

As a leader within Inscribe, you will be an evangelist of our vision and cultural values. You will develop close relationships with our customers and be an advocate for their problems. This is an opportunity to meaningfully drive forward our mission of creating a fair and efficient financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor our product management team with the goal of creating a world-class product organisation

• Continually improve our team culture, operating practices, delivery frameworks, and career development program

• Collaborate across the team to set and deliver a clear product strategy and roadmap based on a strong understanding of who our customers are, what it means to win in our market, how to differentiate as a product and how to build remarkable products for our customers

• Make cross-functional, strategic trade-offs that are aligned with our business objectives

• Partner with functional leads to drive execution of our product roadmap and delivery, from initial discovery through to launch and measurement

• Set and communicate clear goals and results, based on a deep understanding of our most important KPIs and business objectives

• Inspire and align internal and external stakeholders on our product vision

About You

• You have 7+ years of product management experience

• You are a strategic thinker who understands the dynamics of financial services and what it takes to build a great SaaS product

• You have a track record of leading and developing high-performance product teams

• You are a high integrity, low ego leader

• You are passionate about fairness and efficiency and deeply curious about how risk is managed in Fintech

• You have brought products to market from initial concept stage

• You have built relationships with business customers in order to build and refine a product

• You are able to communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your decisions

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the Fintech industry, especially risk teams

• Experience with API-first products
