Datapeople helps recruiting teams make more thoughtful and accurate decisions about their recruiting process, from the job posts they write to the data they report on. Reporting to the Co-founder and Head of R&D, you will maintain our taxonomy of industries, company types, skills and other attributes, and training and validating our various models against these attributes. You'll be a part of a R&D team made up of data scientists, analysts, linguists and engineers, collaborating on a goal to make hiring more data-driven and fair.
This is a remote job and available to all candidates with work privileges currently residing in the United States.

For candidates residing within the United States, the anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation is determined by many factors including candidate experience and skills; location/market; and business needs.
