KRAs- Implement the best practices for on-page and technical SEO elements for our website- Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on performance- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords- Conceptualise and run SEO experiments to continually improve SEO performance- Keep abreast of industry trends, contemporary practices in SEO, and Google algorithm updates- Plan advance link building campaigns from high-authority websites to improve the SEO profile- Perform keyword analysis using Google’s Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEM Rush, etc- Manage content production with the help of a content team and optimize it for SEO- Technical SEO

Requirements- Minimum 5-8 years of hands on SEO experience with proven track record- Fully knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO & SEM- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in reporting, handy with spreadsheets- Strong leadership & organizational skills (will be managing a team of 2-3 members)- Knowledge of ASO an added advantag
