Main purpose of the function:Bookkeeping and Fiscal accounting, Managing HR process in EstoniaJob responsibilities: - Statutory accounting & fiscal reporting (ensure full adherence to local requirements, to delivery in time the fiscal and statistic reporting, tax calculations and declaration as required by local legislation) - Salary calculation & payroll execution (including withholding of personal income tax and social premiums) for 7 employees - Fixed assets, provisions (Banks and so on) accounting in local accounting system (fulfilling all fiscal requirements) - Fiscal consulting of Head Office, Lead Managers - Invoicing (costs and services) and Contract/Agreements controlling (all documentation requirements due to local legislation) - SFS (Summery Financial Statement), Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow and other statutory reports preparation with close cooperation with auditors - Inter-company liabilities monitoring. - Assistance in supporting and passing the yearly audit - Providing All necessary reports to Head Office - Involved in managing of HR process if required (providing all relevant information to Authorities, to Lead Manager) - To execute other tasks assigned by Lead Manager required by business needs

Necessary skills: - Good knowledge of Excel - Fluent English (Upper-intermediate) and Russian (preferable). - Experience in the role of Chief Accountant, experience with cryptocurrency or with bank's structures are more welcome
