QA Engineer

Hylas Recruitment is an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA, and Asia looking for a full-time QA Engineer.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Work on technical and functional test strategy and methodology setup.
• Perform various duties related to software quality assurance, function testing, performance testing.
• Find and track the issues that will cause bad user experiences.
• Collaborate with global RD and operations team to verify bug fix and recreate issues from user feedback.

Ideal Profile

Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills / Knowledge)

• 1-3 year working experience in the software manual testing and have good knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
• Ability to understand and execute test cases.
• Fluent French and English communication for reading and writing in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Strong analytical problem solving skill.
• Has a profound understanding of the local culture.

Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

• Experience on Python, Shell.
• Experience in test tools/framework such as Charles, ui automator and Appium.
• Willing to learn new technology and open mind for sharing is a plus.
• Bachelor in computer science, Master Degree considered as a plus.
• Possessing compliance awareness, familiar with such as GDPR or other data privacy regulations.
