This role is Office Based

Job Description

• Oversee and mentor the efforts from other engineers
• Design, develop and oversee the maintenance of automation framework and tools to be used by test engineers
• Lead QA initiatives including leading a team of test professionals and contributing to the testing effort in a hands-on role
• Test-drives clean, quality code, working closely with cross-functional organizations, Squad teams
• Schedules, execute test plans and cases and deliver on committed timelines with high quality products
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Non-technical essential skills (Communication, Presentation etc):
• Strong verbal and written communications are critical
