About You:

  • You are a hands-on, financially-oriented, data-driven, finance executive
  • You're a self-directed leader that is able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • You are not afraid to ask the questions no else is asking and are able to single-mindedly find and analyze the supporting data and pursue the answers to these questions
  • You're meticulously organized, and able to prioritize your work as well as help your team prioritize theirs
  • You have a strong business orientation with the ability to "go beyond the numbers" in helping organizations identify and maximize business opportunities for increasing revenue, improving productivity and strengthening operational excellence
  • You have confidence and gravitas to engage, present, influence and challenge at executive level and build relationships at all levels
  • You are able to clearly and concisely communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences and formats (written, verbal)

What skills do I need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Post graduate degree will be considered as a plus
  • 8+ years of relevant FP&A experience, with a focus on enterprise software
  • Strong financial modeling skills with experience shaping analytical agendas to uncover areas for growth or improvement
  • Experience building, leading and developing an FP&A team.
  • Experience distilling complex analyses into structured frameworks and takeaways
  • Exceptional quantitative skills with experience developing and designing financial or operating models
  • Strong familiarity and solid understanding of sales KPIs, subscription accounting, and subscription metrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for global financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, and business partner support
  • You'll support the company's operating plan, sales forecasts, strategic initiatives, and multi-year business plans,
  • You'll manage and set the vision for the FP&A team as the company grows to build a high performing team that is engaged in the strategy of the business
  • You'll partner across the business to define and measure ROI in key investment areas and develop frameworks that empower business partners to move faster while being fiscally responsible.
  • You'll develop and facilitate our planning process while ensuring that our strategy aligns with our investment allocation. You'll actively monitor performance against our plan and proactively highlight risks and opportunities.
  • You'll work with the CFO, Controller and leads to ensure data integrity and consistency in data across the company (across various sources).
  • You'll identify and analyze M&A opportunities
