Working in the South of England, with easy access to Wales, the Midlands, and the South West this is an exciting opportunity for a someone to become a leader within our county wide service.
You would work across the county within our CQC registered hubs, in Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Cinderford to ensure that we are delivering the best services that we can and that our staff are cared for.
Our Gloucestershire service provides a high quality, accessible and integrated approach for alcohol and drug treatment, harm reduction, recovery, and reintegration.
Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for a PSI lead to join our team; working under the guidance of the Services Manager and Quality Leads, you will be responsible for supporting excellence in the delivery of high-quality psychosocial interventions across the county. With responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a county wide PSI team, the successful candidate will have experience of management within substance misuse and will contribute to the service to ensure that those accessing our service consistently receive high quality interventions that adhere to best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards. You will be responsible for contributing to the overall development and performance of the service to ensure that contractual output targets are achieved.
You will need to work to help us to do things better and your practice will demonstrate this to others.
Our team is made of many skilled staff working together – including our Consultant Psychiatrist in Addictions, GP, Nurses, Recovery Coordinators, NMPs, Peer Mentors, and Health Care Assistants. Our collective aim is to make a difference to the lives of service users and their families across the county.
