Agile Coach

As an agile team coach, you are responsible for supporting and coaching the scrum masters, development teams and product owners.

You will support the organization in its journey towards agility in order to achieve concrete results. You ensure that the teams communicate efficiently and make agreements they can stick to. You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the agile mindset.

You are able to maintain regular business contacts with your internal customers (and external suppliers), enabling you to understand their strategic or operational needs and to formulate avenues for optimization.

Main Skills

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Agile environment
• Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira; MS Office…)
• You have a good knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of Spotify or SAFe is a plus
• Scrum certification is a plus
