What you will do
As a Finance Ops within the Pigment Finance team, you will actively contribute to designing, building and operating our financial systems enabling sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to join the company in its scaling phase and to be a key player in the various projects structuring the Finance team across our different geographies (teams and offices in France, UK, US).
Among your responsibilities
- Quote-to-cash: manage the sales administration process from quote, invoicing and payments collection in collaboration with the Sales and CSM teams
- Procure-to-pay: manage our spending flows from purchase requests to providers payment on Spendesk, our Spending management solution and Travelperk, our Business travel platform
- Record-to-report: you'll be involved in the accounting process and the production of monthly/quarterly/yearly Analytical reporting. Your goal is to challenge and optimize financial processes in order to make financial data reliable and usable
- HR: you'll help structure and optimize payroll, bonuses and employee contracts management to support our headcount growth internationally
- Business partnering : Our job goes beyond the Finance team and you'll cooperate with every Pigment's team as well as our external service providers (accountants, payroll managers, tool providers, …)
- Project management : Ensure we choose the best-in-class tools and manage their implementation and continuous improvement along with robust processes to support our growth
Who you are
- You have a professional experience of 3+ years in an audit or consulting firm, in project management or you already have experience as a Finance Ops in a scale-up
- You are familiar with B2B SaaS model
- You recognize yourself in these keywords : finance process, scalability, enablement, efficiency

- Rigourous, dynamic and possess the ability to innovate and propose the right solution. You define yourself as a builder
- Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable : You are able to run multiple projects simultaneously and manage your deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Fluent English : Our day to day language is English and you will interact daily with English Speaking stakeholders
