Responsibilities

Own the STIBO Product Roadmap

Perform all Stibo Step administrative functions

Correcting wrong data / exceptions

Work closely with the business team on daily workflow issues

Configure export configurations for ad-hoc exports / reports

Assist business team run bulk updates / configure business rules

Trigger / Publish messages on exceptions

Support all inbound data content and assets

Vendor / Supplier Onboarding

Supplier Hierarchy Management

New user training + training facilitation and tracking

Support all outbound data content and assets

Own and lead major Stibo release upgrades

Lead and Liaison between PiM business and other stakeholder groups

Aligns with cross-functional business teams on all programs/projects that may impact Stibo STEP
