Our dynamic Global Recruitment team is eager for a mover and shaker to step into this role, learn the ropes, and become an integral part of our team.

About the role

As an Aptean Recruiter you will work within the Talent Acquisition team to provide full life cycle recruitment across the organization. You will partner directly with hiring managers on building requisitions, filling open positions, manage pipelines for upcoming needs, and source for candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment tools.

You will also:

Be an expert in your field; answer candidate questions, council hiring managers and provide support to all involved

  • Screen and qualify candidates, schedule interviews and own the recruitment process
  • Meet weekly with hiring managers to provide updates on TA progress
  • Prepare offer letters and other new hire correspondence
  • Initiate and manage background checks
  • Use ATS system to manage candidates and track recruiting activities
  • Stay informed and up to date on market trends

About you**

The perfect candidate is:

  • Early in their TA career but brings 3-5 years of recruiting experience (sales recruitment is a plus)
  • Someone who enjoys projects, researching and talking to people
  • Enjoys building relationships and has amazing soft skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines, and make informed and timely decisions
  • Comfortable with change, can adapt quickly and capable of managing a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload
  • Confident, positive and has a professional communication style
  • Passionate about the candidate experience
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
  • Enthusiastic in their approach, takes initiative and follows-through consistently
  • Has ICIMS experience (preferred but not required)
