CRO Partner - £40,000 - UKRemote Working - Agency

The Candidate has just had a new role signed off with a fantastic agency who have doubled in size in the last 12 months due to their honest approach allowing them to sign some world-renowned clients!

They are now looking to appoint a CRO / Optimisation Partner that will become a key asset within our performance team. The candidate must be commercial, strategic, intellectual, personable, and driven. They must be capable and/or expert in UX, analytics and conversion rate optimisation. They must be committed to developing an industry that is Better For Everyone. Better more relevant advertising for consumers. Better results and performance for advertisers. Better yields for content and media owners. Better working environment and remuneration for our Partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of optimisation programmes for our clients
• Help build a team of analytics and conversion rate optimisation experts
• Run client meetings, sometimes with interactive and collaborative elements
• Analyse and interpret web analytics data to find actionable insights
• Manage client campaigns and conclude using both qualitative and quantitative data

Desirable

It would be desirable (but definitely not essential) to have 2 or more of the following:

• 3+ years experience
• Usability Testing
• UX Design
• Front-end Web Development
• Technical analytics implementation knowledge (GTM best practice, data layer implementations, event tracking, etc)
• Data Science experience
