Our ideal Account Manager will do the following:
Deliver such high-quality campaigns that clients won’t ever want to leave*.
Identify the marketing issues that are holding the client’s business back.
Figure out what needs to be done to help our campaigns win!
‘Sell’ ideas to our clients and campaign teams.
Help us build a better company by taking ownership of new processes and inspiring your colleagues.
*If you retain clients, you’ll be eligible for a healthy commission bonus.
Be the face of the campaign and the main of point of contact with the client.
Guide the campaign team, making sure we’re all working together to hit our client’s campaign objectives.
Build a great working relationship with our clients, so they consider us a partner rather than a supplier.
Over communicate with clients and campaign teams, so no one says “I didn’t know that”.
Collaborate with marketing ninjas from other departments.
Manage client expectations in terms of client results and turnaround time.
The skills we’re looking for:
Great at connecting with client’s, so they look forward to speaking with you.
Excellence in pitching campaign ideas internally and externally
Two years’ plus experience in a marketing or project/account management position.
Super organisational tendencies and calmness whilst handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of CRO/UX principles, either from previous roles or from studying in your own time.
Strong attention to detail and high standards.
A growth mindset.
For Extra Brownie Points:
Experience in selling (products, services, ideas)
Experience managing a small team.
Experience analysing campaign performance and making adjustments accordingly.
Impeccable written and spoken English.
Strong numerical, analytical and creative skills.
Strong understanding of PPC advertising.
As this is a full-time contracted position, we are looking to hire a UK-based Account Manager with a legal right to work in the UK.
