job_description: Ferchau Spain is a German company specialized in providing engineering and IT services. We are in different sectors: aviation, automotive, pharma, industry 4.0, and other related IT projects. We are currently collaborating with the leading American company in printing, hardware and 2D/3D design solutions worldwide.

We want to incorporate to the team a DevOps to support our engineering team to do maintenance, server management and automation tasks.

Main tasks of the position:

• Server management (update CSL servers, SW versions).

• Integration testing for the team (He oversees scripting to automate these processes). The job is not so much development but to support the development teams.

The profile must have:

• Knowledge operating systems admin (GNU/Linux) who knows bash scripting. Who knows how to compile

• Experience working with Python packages

• Experience working with Jenkins (groovy)

• Experience using Django

• High level of English (at least B2). There is people of different nationalities in the Team.

Nice to have:

• Build System (CMake), Python Packaging (setuptools, pyproject)

• VCS (Git / SVN), Github

• CI / CD, Automation

• Scripting (bash, powershell)

• Containers (docker)

• Databases (PostgreSQL, Mongodb)

• Unit tests (pytest)

• Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.

• Experience with Scrum methodology.
