Lead QA

What we need:
FLEETCOR division is currently looking to hire a qualified QA Lead with great technical skills who is passionate about quality assurance. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Atlanta. In this role, you work closely with the QA Team, Development and PM teams to maintain a top level of quality in software systems. You will report directly to the NAF Director of Application Development & Delivery, and regularly collaborate with teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team on overall testing activities, approaches and strategies
• Prepare, review and maintain testing documents (i.e. test plans, test cases, test reports) to ensure complete test coverage
• Facilitate and lead regular QA team meetings
• Prioritize testing activities
• Manage risks and deliverables to ensure testing activities remain within agreed upon scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
• Work closely with project manager and development teams to report and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges that arise during testing activities
• Prepare and deliver reporting metrics, test reports, plans and problems to upper management
• Actively participate in building and automating end-to-end test scenarios
• Train and mentor junior members of the team

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve company and project goals and objectives
• Degree in computer science technology or related qualifications
• Produce test documents, test scenarios, test cases and plans for various phases of the project to identify defects or missed requirements quickly and efficiently
• QA/Test team capacity planning
• Issues and Defect management
• 7+ years of experience in testing software
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience required
• Proven experience, designing, developing and executing effective testing strategies
