About Channel Performance
The Channel Performance Service Line is home to the largest mystery shopping agency in the world. We complete over one million shops every year in 100+ countries across all industry segments and organization sizes. We also offer Geolocation Surveys, Site Audits & Installations, and foundational research within our portfolio of services. Our purpose is to help our clients improve their business performance across all channels in which they serve their customers – brick and mortar retail, digital e-commerce, and contact centers. We do this by helping them size channel opportunities, measure the delivery of brand promises, and drive compliance and sales conversion across these channels.
What makes this role important at Ipsos?
Ipsos’ Channel Performance Service Line is dedicated to helping our clients size, measure, and drive improved performance across their sales channels - usually physical locations, contact centers, and digital purchases. We help our clients size their distribution channels, we help them measure execution on brand promises or staff training programs, we make sure they drive executional compliance and sales conversion.
Ultimately helping our clients understand the moments where they interact with their customers. We help them identify and correct performance gaps. We provide them with opportunities to drive sales growth!
With more than 500 researchers working with clients across the world in a range of industries, Ipsos Channel Performance is the largest in the world. As a full-service, global agency, we offer customized and syndicated research offerings to provide our clients with commercially meaningful insights.
What You Can Expect To Be Doing
What Success In This Role Looks Like
A successful Director blends strategic knowledge of our clients’ industry and analytical knowledge to contribute to the growth of the Ipsos Channel Performance business. A strong foundation in the design and implementation of successful market research projects is key to success in this role. The heart of the Director position is managing accounts and developing junior researchers into future leaders at Ipsos.

The salary range for this role in New York, NY is $85,000 to $175,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
