We all communicate both synchronously and asynchronously with tools that make this distance much easier to deal with: our virtual offices, Slack, Notion, Discord, Trello, Confluence, Gsuite, etc. Our daily, weekly and quarterly rituals also allow us to meet together or as a team, in a formal or more relaxed way.

Work from home : You can work full time from home and use our benefits in order to equip your office at home
Work from anywhere : We are working with Deel, so have a possibility to create working contract wherever you are living. (however, we are paying attention on a time difference)
Coworking available : To give our full-remote workers the opportunity to meet other people and break isolation, we offer them an access to shared workspaces (coworking) and give them opportunity to work in an openspace or in a meeting room with other Yousigners, according to a maximum budget of €150 VAT included / month
Work from our Offices if you want : You always have a possibility to work from our offices whenever you want
Partly Flexible : We don't have exact working hours, but we are all working over the day. How you organize your exact hours is completely up to you.

Extra Parental Leave
Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
Fixed term contract : You need flexibility and don't want to commit for a long period. We can hire you for few months if you want.
Part-time contract : You need time for yourself, or time to do other activities. Here, we offer you the possibility to work part time.
Short term freelancing : You want several clients, with several missions. We are ready to hire you for specific short term missions.
Long term freelancing : Depending of the position, it is completely possible to be a long term freelancer.
