Jobgether uses AI-powered matching to suggest jobs that best fit your profile, based on your skills, preferences, and experience. You’ll receive instant notifications when strong matches are found.

Here’s how it works:

• Complete your profile: Add your skills, experience, and preferences so we can tailor matches to you.
• Get instant match notifications: When a match is found, you’ll be notified immediately by email.
• Click “I’m interested”: This adds you to the candidate pool. It’s not an official application, but it signals interest and authorizes us to share your profile with the company.
• Apply to maximize your chances: Use 1-click Auto-Apply (if available). Otherwise, we guide you to apply manually.
• We push the top 5 best matches: If you’re among the 5 most relevant candidates, we’ll submit your profile directly to the company.
• Request VIP Priority Access: Not in the top 5? You can still request a manual profile push to boost your visibility (premium).
