How does Jobgether use my location to show remote jobs?
When you share your country (on your Jobgether Profile), Jobgether automatically shows remote jobs where your country is accepted by the company. For example, if you're in Estonia, you might match with a US company hiring globally (from Anywhere), or a company in Madrid hiring across Europe.
Only around 3% of remote jobs are truly "work from anywhere." Most companies have geographic preferences due to legal, time zone, or payroll constraints. That’s why your country is essential, so we can show you jobs where you're actually eligible to work remotely (that will include Remote From Anywhere, from your Region, Timezone and Local Positions).
