In this role you will….**

• Lead testing activities for multiple products, which include defining Performance test strategy, approach, execution, and report for the projects.
• Ensure the overall performance /quality of the deliverables and test sign-off will be the key responsibility
• Work with different groups like Ops, Software Development and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed quality goals.
• Work with developers/architects in identifying improvement areas on the server & application UI.
• Use profiling tools, dump analyzers & JVM optimization techniques to identify bottlenecks.
• Monitor application/services in the test environment to characterize performance bottlenecks & identifying improvement areas.
• Help teams in tuning applications, server configuration and infrastructure.
• Present Ideas, concepts and propose solutions to performance.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

• 9 + years of performance testing experience.
• Good performance testing experience on web applications, API and mobile platforms using WebLoad / JMeter / Load Runner and excellent programming skills.
• Leadership skills, result-oriented, flexible and willing to work cross teams.
• Good experience in Scripting, Test Case Design, Test Estimation, Test Strategy and Environment Setup
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
