We truly believe that a good work-life balance is a key enabler for our people to do their best work, which is why we offer localized public holidays, a minimum of 26 paid vacation days per year, and flexible working hours. As long as you cover your responsibilities, you can work whenever it suits you - including 26 paid days off per year (more if your country requests so). All our roles at Lano are fully remote, which means our colleagues can work from wherever they want, be it from their own home, from our headquarters in Berlin, from a co-working space, or from anywhere else in the world. Our team is globally distributed, with team members based in 16 different countries all over the world - if they’re not somewhere abroad enjoying a relaxing workation.
