All our employees are free to work from their home within the Netherlands, Colombia or Germany whenever they like. Other countries are optional depending on the vacancy.
All our employees can work from our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands or Medellin, Colombia.
All our employeescan work from any location they want within Europe up until 4 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year.
We offer 25 holidays for our employees working for the Amsterdam office and 21 paid holidays for our employees working for the Medellin office
Depending on the position and the country, we offer several “employment” options:
You need flexibility and don't want to commit for a long period. We can hire you for a few months if you want.
You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
