BlaBlaCar has a totally flexible remote working policy open to all employees. It gives everyone the freedom to come to the office as often as they like, from several times a week to once a month, with a dedicated budget depending on their situation.

At Blablacar, you decide where you work. You can come to our office in Paris, stay home or work from wherever work best for you, within the Blablacar locations (France, Spain, Ukraine, Poland & Brazil)
Work environment
Work from home : Today, 30% of our staff decide to always work from home. It's completely up to you to choose where you want to work from.
Coworking available : BlaBlaCar provides a monthly allowance to enjoy working from a coworking
Work from our Offices if you want : We have a brand new office in the heart of Paris. You can work from there whenever you want.
When?Time flexibility
Working time
Fully Flexible Working Hours : Fully flexible except the Customer Service team, who has shifts.
From Monday to Friday : Our employees work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
