Why We Built the Career Coach

Job searching today is broken. What worked a few years ago no longer works. Applicants are lost in a black hole, and recruiters are overwhelmed with irrelevant, AI-generated applications. It’s a vicious cycle, for everyone.
The result? Frustration, silence, and wasted time.

At Jobgether, our goal is simple: to help you discover the right opportunities and get in front of the right recruiters. But we know job searching is (more and more) complex.
