Jobgether was founded in 2020 in Brussels by Juan Bourgois, Alexis Rodriguez, and Alexandre Hernandez with one conviction: job search is broken, and we will fix it.

Crawling endless listings and applying blindly doesn't work anymore. Job seekers need a guided, transparent, and personalised job search strategy.

All three founders have worked remotely for over a decade and experienced firsthand how flexibility improves well-being, autonomy, and productivity.
