About the Role:

AccessOne is currently building a new enterprise cloud-native healthcare platform through Microsoft Azure that leverages Azure DevOps, including taking full advantage of CI/CD processing. As Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the team responsible for building and integrating the new test automation system to support automated test efforts related to this platform.   

As Quality Assurance Manager for AccessOne, you will:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance Department, including recruiting, onboarding, and training Quality Assurance professionals.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure that software products meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to establish and maintain Quality Assurance goals and objectives.
• Create and maintain Quality Assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Review and analyze test results to identify patterns, trends, and issues that may impact product quality.
• Manage the execution of manual and automated testing, including load and performance testing.
• Continuously improve Quality Assurance processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate with upper management and other stakeholders about Quality Assurance status, issues, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Other tasks or projects as needed or assigned.

• 3-5 years’ quality engineering leadership experience; bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with:
  •  Modern Javascript frameworks
  • Selenium Web Driver
  • Rest Assured, Postman, or similar API testing software
• Advanced knowledge of common defects, resolutions, and best practices
• Bonus points for experience building a full test automation system in MS Azure, Healthcare and/or FinTech experience, and/or Azure Certification
